Lamb

Our lamb is completely pasture and grass-raised and finished; and our meat is nourishing, rich, succulent, and incredibly flavorful!

Whole Live Lambs and Butchered Halves and Wholes

We are proud to provide whole live lambs and can provide intact males for your special occasions.  Whole live lambs are offered at $300 on the hoof and we allow on-farm butchering.  


Our whole and half butchered lambs are also available for $6 / lb hanging weight plus butcher processing costs.

  • Lamb Loin, Rib Chops - $18
  • Leg Roasts, Riblets - $16

Pork

Our Kunekune pork is sow-raised, milk, veggie, grass and fermented grain fed. Kunukune meat is red and marbled for the most wonderful flavor!

Halves and Wholes

Our whole and half butchered hogs are also available for $6 / lb hanging weight plus butcher processing costs.  


We are also happy to provide whole live hogs for special occasions.  Whole hogs are offered at $350 on the hoof and we allow on-farm butchering.

Beef

Our Jersey beef is first and foremost dam-raised, then grass-fed, pasture-raised (as much as possible for the health of the grasses and soil) and always grass finished for the best health of the animals and us!

Halves and Quarters

WiMo Farms is happy to offer both quarters and halves of beef.  Prices are per pound and by hanging weight. We typically raise our beeves to at least 2 and sometimes 3 years old and it has exquisite taste.  We require a $100 non-refundable deposit on all orders.

  • Premium Steak (New York, T-bone, Filet, Rib Eye - $20
  • Mid Range Steak (Sirloin Tip, Top) - $16
  • Basic Steak (Flank, Round, Cube, Skirt, etc.) - $14 
  • Roasts, Short Ribs, Brisket - $12
  • Ground, Stew Meat - $10
  • Liver - $8
  • Tongue / Heart / Kidney - $5    


Seasonable

We offer chicken, turkey, and eggs seasonally. All poultry is sold whole and prices are per pound.

Our eggs are completely free range and corn, veggie, fermented grain, and milk fed, and come from free-ranging happy birds.
